June Learns Math

June has been really into numbers for a while now. She likes asking us what two numbers make--sometimes she means adding those numbers and sometimes she just means what two-digit number it is. When I got our our Valentine's Day stuff, I had a bag of small heart-shaped beads. I figured they would be perfect to practice counting and adding. June was really excited to do a big-girl activity while Lil napped. Once she went through all of the problems I'd made her, she requested more from me, and even wrote some of her own for next time!
