July

I blinked and July was over. It might have been the quickest month on record. We spent time at the beach. 

We sent both kids to sleep away camp. They went to Camp Duncan, run by the YMCA. This is their second time going there. June did two weeks and Lil joined her for a week. Much fun was had by all. 

June and I hiked a waterfall-filled creek with some friends. It was a little intimidating and not as easy as I expected, but we prevailed and it was so much fun!

We checked out The Wild Mile, a floating park in the Chicago River. 

And of course, we celebrated Junie. More on that later.
