Seven months old . . . officially over the hump to being one year old. Our little nugget is getting bigger and stronger and more verbal and mobile every day. She's quite good at sitting up on her own nowadays, which means she can take baths with her sister and hang out in the kiddie pool. She's also starting to army crawl just the littlest bit and can scoot all around. She loves eating and enthusiastically shoves all food (and non-food) into her mouth. Still just the two teeth, though I think the next ones are on their way soon.
It might be a coincidence, but lately I've started using the sign for milk when I nurse her and a few times Lily has repeated the sign while nursing. She's also babbling away and making sounds like ma-ma. The other day she said "bye" in context at work. It was super cute, but we all had a good laugh at the coincidence.
